The first product Faiz developed under the Cogent banner was ‘Telewatch’, a real time call accounting software ingenious designed and developed to monitor and control telecommunications expenses in an organization.

Launched ‘Synergy’ CRM solution for managing small and mid sized organizations and have successfully implemented the solution in many organizations.

Developed ‘Dialog’ a voice recording solution, which is compatible with Digital, Analog and VoIP, which is the only one of its kind in India. This has been implemented in Bangalore International Airport and other multinational call centers.

Successfully developed ‘TouchPoint’ an extremely complex and feature rich product in the physical security domain which has been implemented at various MNC facilities and software parks.

Cogent is currently developing a suite of mobile applications, which will be launched in 2010.
